The Solar Foundation

The Solar Foundation® (TSF) is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to increase understanding of solar energy through strategic research and education that transforms markets.  TSF informs solar policy decisions by delivering analysis and actionable information via high-quality reports to a diverse community of stakeholders. Further, TSF tools and services promote clean energy adoption and solar-focused education opportunities.
